With Purpose follows the journey of 14 inner city kids from across the United States as they continue a search that has been ongoing for the last 15 years. They are searching for the slave ship Guerrero, sunk off the coast of Florida in 1827 with 561 captured Africans on board. After searching for the last 5 years, with new information, YDWP may now have finally found the prize they have sought for so long. Never in history has a group of young people under the age of 21 found and documented a wreck of this importance.
